The moment I spoke with Casey, she was nothing but professional and courteous. She made sure she knew every detail to pass along to the videographer, which was Sam. I was very impressed with Sam. He was on time and very personable and professional. He was also very manner able. He paid attention to detail and made sure I was put together before starting to film.
